STREAM4K IPTV
Premium IPTV Subscription

At STREAM4K IPTV we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Free test before purchase

We encourage every customer to request a free test on WhatsApp before buying, to make sure the service works well with their device and internet connection.

2. 7-day refund guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if the service does not work as described and our support team is unable to fix the problem.

3. When a refund is not possible

• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
• The issue comes from your own internet connection, device, app or network (for example a slow connection or a blocked ISP).
• You changed your mind after the service was activated and working correctly.
• Your account was suspended because of a breach of our rules (for example, sharing your login with other people).

4. How to request a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order email, the plan you purchased and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 24 hours.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are sent back using the original payment method whenever possible, within 3 to 10 business days. Your access is deactivated once the refund is processed. Fees charged by third-party services (such as Remitly, Western Union, Interac or crypto network fees) may not be refundable.
